Affordable Data Recovery Services for Students of SJSU
A.S. Computer Services Center is located on the third floor of the SJSU Student Union. It helps students with computer-related technical issues, such as data recovery and backup, virus removal, replacing hard drives and cracked LCDs of PC and Mac laptops.
In addition, the center has facilities that allow students with printing, copying, faxing and equipment renting. According to A.S. spokesperson, however, it is the repair service that has proved more important. It is helpful, versatile and affordable to students.
Common problems they help with include software viruses, motherboard replacement and data backup. Charges are almost one fourth of a competing service, according to the spokesperson.
